    LBSA Graduation 2018

    On June 1st LBSA families and friends packed  the auditorium and celebrated the accomplishments of  62 Students receiving their High School Diploma and 18 more receiving their  High School Equivalency Certificate.

    Way to Go LBSA Grads!!

    Our 2019 Graduation Ceremony will be held on May 31st 2019 at Browning High School starting at 6 pm

    Tickets are required for the Ceremony.

    Enrollment for Spring 2019 classes start January 14th 2019,  click the Orientation and Assessment schedule on the left side of this page to get the dates and times of testing.

    For ESL enrollment dates read below.

    steps to enroll in a career technical education class, animal care or certified nursing assistant (C.n.a)

    Step 1:  Each prospective CTE student needs to come in to the Adult School Main Office B-1 to fill out required enrollment  paperwork.  Step 2: Pay for the class. We accept cash, debit or credit. (Payments Plans are available.) To find out more details about the cost of each class, click the blue program tab on the left side of the homepage.  Spring semester enrollment for CTE Classes  start January 14th 2019.  CTE students do not take an assessment test, and orientation for the class is given the first class session.


    STEPS TO ENROLL IN A ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE CLASS (ESL) Spring semester 2019

    Step 1:  Come to Room 17B, the ESL Registration Office at LBSA. Bring with you a government issued  photo ID such as Driver's License, Consulate ID, Visa or Embassy papers. We do not accept F-1 or I-20 Visas.  Step 2: Take a placement test to determine class level.  Step 3: Fill out required registration forms Step 4:  Commit to attending your ESL Class with 80% or higher attendance.   For more details about the ESL classes that LBSA offers click the blue program tab on the left side of the homepage. For new students, Registration dates are January 29 and 30th , 9 am to 12:30 pm. Evening hours from 5 pm - 7 pm will be held January 30th.  


    Steps to enroll in high school diploma (hsd), high school equivalency preparation (hiset) or adult basic education (abe) programs

    Step 1: Attend Orientation and Assessment . See the Orientation and Assessment Schedule by clicking the blue  tab on the left side of the homepage. Step 2: Complete all registration paperwork and get your ID Number.  Step 3: Complete assessment test to determine program placement. Step 4: Once placement level is determined,  you will be enrolled in the appropriate class or placed on a waiting list. Step 5:  If enrolled  you will be given a start  date for your program. Step 6: Attend the class orientation for your program.  Students who do not attend the class orientation will be dropped. All Orientations start on time, NO student will be allowed to enter an orientation after it has begun. 

    Please save at least 3 hours to complete the Orientation and Assessment process. Enrollment process must be completed before you can start attending class.

    Attendance is very important, a 80% attendance rate is required for all LBSA classes.  Commit today!
